Practice for breathwork and Psychological counseling
Welcome to my practice
Sometimes in life, you feel stuck, overwhelmed, low, anxious, or maybe all of these at once. At some point, you realize: “I can’t do this alone. I need help.”
Through breathwork, I invite you to release stored tension, unresolved emotions, and trauma on a deep physical and psychological level.
In addition, I offer psychological support, not just to gain insight into patterns that may stem from trauma, but also for other therapeutic processes, such as working through grief, strengthening your sense of self, overcoming fears, or navigating life’s bigger questions.
Whether you choose breathwork, therapy, or a combination of both: together we’ll tune in to what you need right now.
With presence, care, and safety, I’ll support you in reconnecting with yourself
My Name is Caitlín O’Toole
After completing my Master’s in Psychology, I’ve been working as a therapist in mental health care since 2020, a role I’ve taken on with great joy and dedication. I work integratively, which means I draw from various therapeutic approaches depending on what suits your process best.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of challenges and themes, but I’ve noticed my main interest and focus has gradually shifted towards trauma.
Supporting people in facing painful experiences, often for the first time, and helping them integrate those into their life story is where my deepest passion lies.
From personal experience, I know how essential it is to have a committed therapist by your side when your past experiences has left deep marks. Gaining insight, recognition, awareness and healing became possible for me thanks to therapists who stood beside me with patience and presence.
During that process, I started exploring other forms of healing alongside regular therapy, because I noticed my body was also holding on to things that needed processing. Inspired by books like The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk, the Dutch-American psychiatrist known for his work on trauma, I discovered breathwork. The connected breath sessions I experienced had a profound impact, not just emotionally, but physically. I noticed shifts I had never felt before.
The power of breathwork, especially in combination with therapeutic guidance is something I now love sharing with others.
In my practice, I support you in gently moving what feels stuck and releasing what no longer serves you.
The form is entirely up to you. Perhaps you’re looking for a single breathwork session, a series of sessions, or a combination of therapy and breathwork. The focus is always on both body and mind, at your pace, and attuned to what you need in the moment.
My approach is rooted in the belief that there is nothing “wrong” with you.
We all go through things that sometimes are too heavy to carry alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you for a while, wherever you are in that journey.
